01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88fc ("88fc", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://88fc.bar. 02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 88fc platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 88fc is committed to preventing underage gambling and may request documentary proof of age at any time. If we are unable to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be suspended pending verification. If it is established that you are under 21 years of age, your account will be permanently closed, all bets will be voided, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any funds deposited while underage will be returned via the original payment method only after all applicable verification procedures are completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one 88fc account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88fc may close all associated accounts, void any open bets, cancel any pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds or free bets credited across those accounts.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You are advised to create a strong, unique password for your 88fc account and to enable OTP two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. 88fc will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88fc support immediately at [email protected]. 88fc will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your account, or where you failed to notify us in a timely manner.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

88fc may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time — including upon registration, before your first withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming your registered address. Until verification is complete, 88fc may place restrictions on your account including withdrawal holds.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 88fc account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and verification checks. 88fc reserves the right to close any account for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or failure to provide requested verification documents.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 88fc reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. Where a dormant account's balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You will be notified via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88fc supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88fc does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however your account may be subject to daily or monthly deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming controls. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 88fc wallet within 60 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. 88fc does not charge a fee for processing deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, and only to accounts or mobile numbers registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or mobile numbers are strictly prohibited. 88fc processes withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status and volume of requests.

88fc reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements.
• Suspicious activity or a potential terms violation is under review.
• The requested withdrawal amount is inconsistent with the account's deposit and betting history.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

88fc is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, 88fc may suspend the relevant account, hold the balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Players must not use the 88fc platform as a mechanism for currency exchange or to process funds that are derived from illegal activity.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted only from registered, verified, and logged-in 88fc account holders. A bet is considered placed and binding once you have confirmed it through the 88fc bet slip and a confirmation reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including the selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where 88fc explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds offered on the 88fc sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 88fc offers odds across a broad range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other international fixtures), rugby, football, kabaddi, and others. Market availability may vary depending on the event and jurisdiction.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play odds update continuously in real time. 88fc reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any point during an event, including but not limited to when a significant event is imminent (such as a wicket, boundary, or penalty). Any bet placed after a significant in-play event has occurred, but before that event has been reflected in the odds, may be voided at 88fc's discretion.

5.4 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not resume within 48 hours.
• The bet was placed in error due to a manifest odds error on the part of 88fc.
• The event did not take place under the conditions specified at the time of bet placement (e.g., wrong venue, different teams, format change).
• In-play bet placement timing issues as described in section 5.3.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's 88fc wallet. In accumulator bets, a void selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

88fc applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day. The maximum single-bet payout for cricket markets is ৳5,000,000 (BDT five million). The maximum daily payout across all markets for a single account is ৳10,000,000 (BDT ten million). 88fc reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or restrict account betting activity where a player's betting pattern is identified as low-risk, syndicate-based, or advantage-play in nature.

06 Casino and Games Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The 88fc Casino offers a library of over 500 games including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), crash games (including Aviator), and table games. Games are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Habanero, and Spribe. 88fc reserves the right to add or remove games from its library at any time without notice.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

All games available on the 88fc platform operate with certified Return to Player (RTP) rates set by their respective game providers. RTP rates for individual games are available from the game provider's official documentation. 88fc does not modify, override, or interfere with the certified RTP settings of any game. Outcomes in all games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or account status.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during play, 88fc will attempt to restore the game session to its last known valid state. Where this is not possible, 88fc will void any incomplete rounds and return the applicable stake to the player's wallet. 88fc will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures that are caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or software.

6.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from third-party studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live dealer game — including card-shuffling procedures, payout tables, and side-bet eligibility — are governed by the respective game studio's published rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded studio footage constitutes the authoritative record.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 88fc offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only (not the deposit amount). Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88fc platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 88fc platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 88fc content or software.
• Use any 88fc branding, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 88fc intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.
